Styling to sell with a local vibe.

Whether you're looking for a vacation rental or adding some major inspiration to your Italy vision board, what better way to get inspired than exploring the staging style of Airbnb properties.

No doubt, the staging of homes + good photography, sets up the vibe a potential buyer wants to experience when visiting the area, buying or renting a property. I especially love the properties that really showcase the local vibe within their staging decor. I wish more homes for sale in the real estate market would incorporate a few "visuals" that reflect some local ambiance. Not, the nearest shopping area, but rather styling the kitchen with local farm goods or highlighting the back yard space with a table set up for gathering.

While perusing rentals in Italy, I couldn't help but fall in love with the idea of staying in some of the homes I saved to my "faves".

It really does show that merchandising the "character" of the property, including the local vibe, will sell everytime over poorly marketed properties, no matter how awesome the missed opportunity is.

So much better than the typical table setting.

Natural branches in the photoshoot are worth the search.

Simple, expressive.

It does make marketing a bit easier when you have an Italian farmhouse home, with views mimicking a movie scene, yet still the staging adds an extra dynamic that evokes emotion and gets that heart pumping. " Yes, book it, go there, do it now!" (ps, I'm totally booking this place)

Here is another listing that is so great; a perfect example of the role photography can play in marketing.
